This service is one of our most popular services! Most federal and state grants require that the grant applicant secure an external Program Evaluator. Program Evaluators will need to be named and included in grant applications (Request for Proposals (RFP's), Renewal Applications, etc.) so it is best for clients to contact us early in the grant application process so that we can offer our free up-front assistance. EduMatrix provides this service to school districts, government agencies, afterschool programs (21st CCLC and others), colleges/universities (Title III, Title V, etc.), faith-based organizations, non-profits, community-based organizations and more. The best part is that EduMatrix offers unbeatable in-kind services that you will get for free if you secure us to serve as your Program Evaluator! Our standard program evaluation services include surveying, interviews with focus groups, site visits, extensive data collection and analysis, comprehensive grant required reports (Formative, Summative, etc.), developing action plans for improvement based on collected data, progress monitoring and more.
Is your school district, school or organization applying for a 21st CCLC grant for the 2019-2020 school year (RFP)? Do you already have a 21st CCLC grant and will be completing the renewal grant application (RFA) for the 2019-2020 school year? If so, let EduMatrix help you by providing you with free services that save you time. Click on the button below to go to the EduMatrix 21st CCLC page.
EduMatrix provides training sessions and workshops for any evaluation plan that EduMatrix professionals develop so that clients can learn how the evaluation plan will work, what the grant objectives are and how they will be measured, how the evaluation action plan and timeline will be carried out and more.

EduMatrix helps their clients during the grant writing process. If you choose EduMatrix to be the Program Evaluator for your grant, we will provide evaluation guidance and recommendations to your grant writing team from a Program Evaluator perspective, which is very helpful for our clients. However, we do not provide grant writing services or write grants. Our Grant Writing Team Guidance, from an evaluation perspective, includes guidance in the following areas: grant goals and objectives, success criterion, strategic plans by use of evaluative logic models, program details aligned with evaluation goals, developing a strong evaluation plan, program action plan for data collection, timelines for program deliverables, and more.
